Personal Bio
Dr. Nguyenvu T. Nguyen is an Attending Physician, Cardiology and Assistant Professor in Pediatrics at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine Pediatrics Department. He attended Emory University School of Medicine and completed his Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiac Intensive Care at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Nguyenvu also completed a Fellowship in Pediatric Cardiology at the Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, and a Residency in Pediatrics at Children’s Hospital and Medical Center in Oakland, California. His most recent research project was a study of the early outcomes in patients with hypoplastic left heart syndrome with ventriculo-coronary connections. His other interests include delivering cardiac care to pediatric patients in emerging/developing countries.
