Personal Bio
Andre Peart is the founder and CEO of Untapped Solutions. Through his work, he is committed to leveraging technology to drive systemic change. Andre has successfully built Untapped Solutions into a trusted platform serving nonprofits, government agencies, and justice-impacted individuals. Andre’s journey into this work is deeply personal. After experiencing incarceration firsthand, he recognized the overwhelming challenges individuals face when re-entering society. With a background in social work and sales, he combined his expertise with lived experience to develop a solution that increases economic mobility and equity for marginalized communities. Andre’s work has been featured by PBS, CNN, and The Financial Times. He’s participated in Techstars and the Google for Startups Accelerator. He speaks regularly at major conferences on workforce development and re-entry.
