Andrew Newsom is a professional EOS implementer, helping entrepreneurial organizations implement the EOS system (also known as “Traction”), which is a set of time-tested, practical tools that helps entrepreneurs solve issues in their business at the root level. Previously, Andrew started and ran Wisteria, a national home decor retailer, before selling to a private equity group in 2018. His passion is helping fellow entrepreneurs turn good organizations into great organizations by using the EOS methodology.
