Groupr is pioneering a new model of neighborhood-based group buying that turns everyday shopping into collective purchasing power. Its goal is to make healthy groceries consistently affordable for millions of families while helping grocers serve underserved communities more efficiently.

Personal Bio

Anthony Grullon is the founder and chief executive officer of Groupr. Growing up in a household that used food stamps, he developed an early understanding of the barriers many families face when trying to access affordable, healthy food. Anthony’s work focuses on building technology and community-driven systems that expand economic opportunity for underserved communities. Before founding Groupr, he founded Forage, a venture capital-backed startup that helped enable the use of food stamps in online commerce, expanding access to groceries for millions of households. Anthony holds a BS in engineering from The College of New Jersey and an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
