Personal Bio
Carol Chyau co-founded Ventures in Development while pursuing a Master’s in Public Administration in the Harvard Kennedy School’s International Development Program. Since experiencing firsthand the challenges of launching a social enterprise in China, she is better equipped to help incubate future enterprises.
