Personal Bio

Olugbemisola Rhuday-Perkovich is the author of the middle grade novel 8th Grade Superzero, from Arthur A. Levine/Scholastic. She holds a MA in Education, and a Professional Development Certificate in the Teaching of Writing from the Teachers College Reading and Writing Project at Columbia University. She was the ‘new kid’ at school many times over, in more than one country, and currently lives with her family in Brooklyn, NY, where she loves leading writing workshops, walking, and working on crafts in many forms.
