Personal Bio
William B. Bradshaw, II is the co-founder and president of Green Coast Enterprises, LLC (GCE), a limited liability company based in New Orleans, Louisiana. For the last decade, he has developed real estate in North Carolina, Massachusetts, and Louisiana. His projects have received numerous awards, including a 2001 Maxwell Award of Excellence from the Fannie Mae Foundation. William holds a Ph.D in City Planning with specialties in Regional and Urban Economics and Sustainable Community Development from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
